ProgramsRe-entry Program
Re-Entry Program is designed to support individuals transitioning from incarceration back into the community by addressing key barriers such as housing, employment, education, mental health, and substance use. The program begins with intake and assessment to create a personalized reentry plan, followed by ongoing case management. Core services include life skills training, job readiness, vocational education, mental health counseling, legal assistance, housing support, and family reunification. Staff such as case managers, employment specialists, and peer mentors guide participants through services, often in partnership with local employers, housing providers, and community organizations. The overall goal is to reduce recidivism, promote stability, and support long-term reintegration.
