— Our Mission

Global Rehabilitative Individual Development (G.R.I.D.) transforming Lives, Reducing Recidivism.

(G.R.I.D.) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering at-risk transient youth and individuals transitioning from incarceration. Through our Step N Stone community outreach program, we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and essential life skills to foster stability and self-sufficiency.

Additionally, we offer a comprehensive network of resources for formerly incarcerated individuals, addressing the critical need for support systems that reduce recidivism. Studies show that those who have spent 20-30 years or more in prison face a significantly higher risk of reoffending without proper assistance. Our mission is to change this narrative by providing education, job training, housing support, and personal development programs that enable successful reintegration into society.

By investing in these individuals, we not only transform lives but also create safer communities. Join us in building pathways to success and breaking the cycle of incarceration.
